Malori’s family became members of our church when she was very young, so she has truly grown up in this church. She has known many of the kids she works with now in our youth program since they were born; and no, when she was younger she didn’t think she would ever be working here with the youth and college ministry, but she absolutely loves it.
She graduated from Norman High School and Rose State College, started in childcare in the nursery four years ago, then became the youth intern, and was promoted to youth director in 2018.
Malori will be joining Molly Rambur to teach confirmation class this fall, as well as help with college small groups and a Sunday School class for Second Wind.
When she isn’t thinking about how much she loves beaches and sea turtles, she’s loving Wednesday nights at church. Malori said she feel like she is accomplishing what is important when she is able to be there for the youth of our church. She loves being around them and is thankful for all they’ve taught her.
